Wholesale Account
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Fill in the stockist application form on our Wholesale page. When your account is approved you receive an email to set your password; wholesale prices appear once you sign in.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum is one size run per style: 36-38-40 or 42-44-46, one piece of each size. There is no minimum order value.
How are wholesale orders packed?
Each style is ordered as a size run of three pieces. Where a style comes in both runs, the 42-44-46 run has its own price, shown on the product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.
Ordering & Shipping
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from Istanbul, Türkiye.
How much is shipping?
Within Türkiye shipping is $5 and free on orders over $150. Worldwide shipping is $25 and free on orders over $300. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Contact us to start a return; the item must be unworn, with its tags.
How are refunds paid?
Card payments are refunded by our bank to the card you paid with.
What if an item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us with a photo of the item and we will put it right.
