These terms govern purchases made on elisabettazanardi.com, operated by Elisabetta Zanardi, Laleli, Istanbul, Türkiye (“the Seller”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Products and pricing

Product images are photographs of the actual garments. Prices are shown in EUR, USD or TRY according to the currency you select; the currency charged is stated on the checkout page before you confirm payment. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch, in which case you may cancel for a full refund.

2. Retail orders (B2C)

Retail customers purchase individual pieces in the size and colour selected on the product page. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation e-mail. In accordance with distance-selling rules (Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts and, for EU consumers, Directive 2011/83/EU) you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason — see our Shipping & Returns page for the procedure.

3. Wholesale orders (B2B)

Wholesale purchases require an approved trade account. Wholesale items are sold in complete size runs (packs, typically of 3 pieces) at the trade prices shown in the wholesale catalog. Wholesale sales are business-to-business transactions: consumer withdrawal rights do not apply, and claims for defects must be notified within 8 days of receipt. Showroom visits in Laleli, Istanbul are available by appointment.

4. Payment

We accept card payments processed through our bank’s virtual POS with 3-D Secure. The order amount is authorised at the moment of purchase. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Goods are dispatched from our logistics center in Laleli, Istanbul. Delivery times and costs are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Risk passes to you on delivery. For deliveries outside Türkiye, any import duties or taxes of the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Defective items

Statutory warranty rights apply. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within the periods above with photos and your order number; we will replace the item or refund you, including return shipping for confirmed defects.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may also rely on mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes with Turkish consumers may be brought before Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
