Elisabetta Zanardi (“we”, “us”) operates elisabettazanardi.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we collect

  • Order data — name, billing/shipping address, e-mail, phone and the items you purchase, used to fulfil your order and meet legal bookkeeping obligations.
  • Account data — e-mail and password hash if you create a customer or wholesale account.
  • Wholesale applications — company name, contact details and business information you submit when applying for a trade account.
  • Newsletter — your e-mail address, only if you subscribe. Every mailing contains an unsubscribe link.
  • Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type) kept for security and troubleshooting.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our bank’s secure virtual POS with 3-D Secure verification. Your full card number is entered on the bank’s own payment infrastructure and is never stored on our servers.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the shop to function (cart session, login, currency preference) and a cookie that remembers products you recently viewed. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Sharing

Order data is shared only with the parties needed to complete your purchase: our bank (payment authorisation), shipping carriers (delivery) and our hosting provider (infrastructure). All are bound by their own data-protection obligations.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law. Newsletter and account data are kept until you delete your account or unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under GDPR and KVKK you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Contact us at info@elisabettazanardi.com and we will respond within 30 days.
